This company primarily engaged in the manufacture of paper and cellulose products. Doing business as EUROPAC, the company's products are structured in three divisions: paper, cardboard, and packaging. EUROPAC was set up in December 1995 after the merger of Papelera de Castilla S.A. and Papeles y Cartones de Catalua S.A. The company's head office is located in Madrid, Spain. The integration of its activities makes it possible for the company to be present in the whole corrugated cardboard production chain. EUROPAC produces the paper for manufacturing board plates made mainly of recycled raw materials as well as corrugated board for packaging which is used to protect and wrap the its client products. Its constant activity in the field of R+D+I is shown with products which incorporate the most advanced and up to dated processes. This enables the company to attain its most important target of offering the highest quality and the improvement of its products, always regarding the market requirements. As a consequence of this unceasing effort and after the award of the ISO Certification to CARTOVA factory in 2004, EUROPAC has the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate in all its production plants.
